Return & Refund Policy — Hashmi Pharmacy

  • Returns accepted within 3 days for wrong, damaged, expired, or defective products.

  • Customers pay return delivery charges.

  • Items not eligible: opened medicines, prescription drugs, personal care items, temperature-sensitive products, or products without original packaging.

  • Refunds issued as replacement, store credit, or original payment after inspection.

  • Exchanges available if in stock; customer pays delivery fees.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
